The Shop at home process consists of::

 

• A member of Factory Direct Carpets' staff will call you to schedule an appointment.
• A knowledgeable sales person will bring samples to your home, measure rooms, prepare an estimate and answer your questions.
• You can pay an initial deposit by check, credit card, or you can allow us to arrange financing using one of our many GE financing options.
• We will schedule a date for installation.
• Our experienced installers will complete the installation.
• The balance will be due at the time of installation unless you opted for one of our GE financing options.
• One of our sales persons will follow up to make sure you are happy with your new floors, or you can select to use the feedback page of this website to let us know what you think.
